The shop is extremely pleasant, clean, and the ladies are great. While I was there I noticed they took care of several walkin’s from ladies to men’s military style haircuts. The customer next to me received a full hair color and she seemed pretty happy with her hair. I would recommend this establishment if you’re looking for someone to work on your hair. Not being from the area I found it was even super easy to get to being right off 71. The cost for both the cut and perm I thought was very fair. I recommend The Hair Studio for your hair needs and as for me, Kris did a great job and I’ll definitely be going back.

I found Mindy by asking ChatGPT for the highest rated stylist in Bastrop that listens to the client and doesn’t cut off too much hair. My daughter wanted me to go to a bougie salon in town and I told her I didn’t care what the salon looked like as long as the Stylest did a great job. My hair grows slowly and I’m always terrified to go to a stylist and have them cut off years of growth. Mindy showed me exactly how much she was going to cut off in back and in front before she did it and it was an excellent simple haircut just like I wanted!
